Sports Camp Christmas Party!

This has to be the most tiring but satisfying party of the year. With help from a number of people, I prepared a 4 course dinner for my first friends in SMU. Special mention goes to my chef friend Heah. Thanks a lot bro.

I'm so glad this friendship lasted 1 term. Haha. Most of the time, due to different timetable and schoolwork, everyone just break apart. Thats just so sad. Nonetheless, I know food binds people. If all of you want to try more good food, lets stay together for another year =) This shall be one of my new year resolutions for 2008.

The toughest part is preparing the meat for the main course. I have to deskin, defat and defat the chicken. Lastly I have to slice the meat into half through the middle to get a "butterfly" patty.
