Gyoza no Ohsho Singapore
As promised, me and my makan buddies Bernard and Chantel went to Gyoza no Ohsho Singapore for a bowl of delicious ramen. Located at the first floor of Cuppage plaza. Its a nice little store at the entrance in a coffeeshop setting

One thing I liked about this stall is that you can see the chef prepare your dish. There's no way they can hide if they are unhygenic.
Colourful menu with pictures
I love menus with pictues. They are really informative and show the consumers what to expect of the dish. I always have touble deciding on what to eat when I cannot see the dish itself.
Here comes the dumplings. Crispy on one side, soft on the other.

Well, the pan fried dumplings are delicious. However I was quite disappointed with the fillings. They should have been more generous with it.

Here comes the Star of the Night. Spicy ramen
The noodles are consistent, cooked to the right texture. The corns and bean sprouts added extra flavour to the spicy ramen soup. Spiciness followed by sweetness after I chewed on the corn bits. Wonderful. The only thing bad about this bowl of ramen is they don't give enough pork slices. Only 1 pathetic piece.
$13 for a big bowl of spicy ramen and 6 dumplings. Not very cheap, not very expensive either. I'll definitely go back for more.
The best group shot after 5 tries

There's a new branch opening soon at 38 Circular Road (near Raffles MRT)! You guys can pop over during lunch then :)
